How to Use

Topical: Dilute 2 to 3 drops or 1 tsp. basil oil with other carrier oils like coconut / almond oil. Massage lightly onto the affected area.

Aromatic: Add 3 to 4 drops of oil to water and use it as a mist or use an oil diffuser or vaporizer.
