Refund policy

Damage/Return Policy

All products on Herbal Strategi are eligible for a replacement/refund, depending upon the claim and our validation. Herbal Strategi has a 48 hours return policy which means that a request for a return should be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product. Refunds are issued by Herbal Strategi only when,

• the order was cancelled by the customer or Herbal Strategi.
• the customer returned a product and requested for a refund.
• the order placed has not been shipped/lost.

The refund will be processed by us once we validate the situation and after we receive the originally ordered product back from our courier / logistics partner.

Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval and credited back to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking). Bank processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at contact@herbalstrategi.com
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
• In case of a prepaid order that is cancelled within 24 hours, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
